The artisan is a is extremely versatile allowing the user to use either pre ground coffee or "Illy style" coffee pods. Two independent boilers which allows simutaneous brewing of coffee (15 bar pump) and frothing of milk or preparartion of ther hot beverages.
The 2 litre water reservoir can be refilled from either the left or right, and the cup warmer at the top of the machine has sufficient room up to six espresso cups. A beautifully appointed machine that is quickly becoming the "must have" espresso machine.
