Terms and Conditions

The use of the Whisk Cooking Solutions Ltd on line store are governed by the terms and conditions detailed below. Please ensure that fully understand and agree to them prior to proceeding with your order.

Delivery Rates and Times

Free delivery in the UK mainland and Northern Ireland for all orders over £75.00.
For all orders below this amount our standard delivery rate of £5.00 applies.
Carriage costs on overseas orders varies according to the weight and the volume of the parcel. Charges start from £10.00.
We will email you with an exact price, once we receive your order. When you confirm that this price is acceptable we will despatch your parcel. If the cost is unacceptable, we will cancel your order for you.

We aim to despatch your goods within 1 to 4 working days and will inform you if there is a delay.
Working days are Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays
Please contact us if your order is very urgent.
We will endeavour to contact you at the earliest opportunity if a product is out of stock or unavailable. In this event, and having contacted you, there are three options you can consider:
1. Cancel your order
2. Choose an alternative product that we have in stock
3. Maintain your original order, and we will despatch it as soon as it comes back into stock.
Delivery of certain items due to their specialist nature may take longer. In these instances we will contact you and await your instructions.

Returns

We want you to be happy with our service and the goods we supply you. Our service includes a helpful response to unsuitable or faulty goods. We hope to have covered all the possibilities below but if you need further help please email us at sales@whiskcooking.co.uk

Unsuitable goods / Wrong size or colour
We operate a no quibble 14 day exchange and returns for on-line sales. You may return any item within 14 days of receipt provided that
* it is unused
* it is undamaged
* the packaging is complete and undamaged
* the goods are in saleable condition
Before returning goods by mail/carrier please advise us by email at sales@whiskcooking.co.uk or phone on 020 8579 3444.
When we receive your return we will credit your card account or send alternate goods of your choice.
If unsuitable goods are returned for a credit the cost of the return is yours.
If unsuitable goods are returned for exchange the cost of return and redispatch is yours. 

We regret that the above policy does not apply to glass (due to the risk of breakage), Kitchen trolleys and non core stock items i.e. those items that do not appear on the on-line store and have been ordered specially for you.

Faulty goods
If the goods we have sent you are faulty when you receive them, we will replace them or refund the cost of the goods.
Before returning goods please advise us by email at sales@whiskcooking.co.uk explaining the fault or phone us on 0208 579 3444.
If we agree that the goods are faulty we will refund the cost of returning them to us. We will replace of refund the cost at your choice. There is no delivery charge on the replacement goods.
Items which are found to be faulty after being used
Most manufacturers offer at least a 12 month warranty period. Should a product fail due faulty workmanship or materials you may have a claim against the manufacturer. Such warranties should be discussed directly with the manufacturer concerned. If you do have their details then please email us (sales@whiskcooking.co.uk) and we will provide them. Do not return the goods without first contacting us.
Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights.

Electrical and Electronic Equipment Recycling

The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment  (WEEE)  Regulations

The amount of electrical waste is increasing by around 5% each year, making it the fastest growing waste stream in the UK.

More than 75% of waste electrical goods end up in landfill, where lead and other toxins contained in the electrical goods can cause soil and water contamination.

Whisk Cooking Solutions Ltd. is supporting the recycling of Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) through sponsorship of Valpak, which provides specialised services at local recycling centres

Electrical and Electronic Equipment that was made after 13^th August 2005 should display the crossed-out wheelie bin symbol on the packaging or product. Either send the product to be repaired and reused or take it to a specific  recycle bank to locate you closest recycle centre contact www.recycle-more.co.uk .

Customer service and satisfaction is important to Whisk Cooking Solutions. Therefore, every effort has been made to provide you with accurate details and information for the products shown on our site. If you should require any further information about a stock item, please call one of our stores where our sales staff will be happy to assist you, alternatively please email your query to sales@whiskcooking.co.uk. We cannot be held responsible for distorted product images, or accurate colour reproduction on your computer. Whisk Cooking Solutions Ltd will not be liable for any damages of any kind related to the use of this site. Sale of Age Related Items
There are also numerous products on our web site that cannot be sold to persons under the age of 18. These particular products are sharp, dangerous implements, and are in accordance with the 1996 Offensive Weapons Act, section 6. UK law prohibits the sale of knives to people under the age of 18 years.

Pricing
All prices displayed are in Pounds (Sterling) and where applicable are INCLUSIVE OF VAT @ 17.5%. All products available on the Whisk Cooking Solutions Ltd on-line store have the price clearly indicated and we make every effort to ensure that these prices are both competitive and accurate. In the event that a price is incorrect, we will endeavour to clarify this with you and, within reason, will honour the advertised price. Delivery charges, where applicable, will be displayed prior to completion of your order. Please ensure that you review the total order amount prior to confirming your order to avoid any later confusion.

Payment Options
Payments can be made by using Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Delta, and Solo Credit/Debit cards. Details for online transactions will be encrypted and held on a secure server. Should you wish to pay by cheque then please contact us via email sales@whiskcooking.co.uk or phone us on 020 8579 3444. We can only accept cheques from UK bank accounts.
