Warm Olives

Serving size: Serves 8

INGREDIENTS


300g kalamata olives
1 tablespoon lemon juice
¼ cup (60ml) extra virgin olive oil
½ teaspoon dried chilli flakes
1 clove garlic, sliced thinly

 

Tools: Mixing bowls, Lemon Juicer, Oilver Oil Pourer, Measuring Spoons, Spice Jars, SaucepanSpice bags, Spice Labels,  Garlic Peeler, Salad bowl 

 

 

METHOD


Combine the olives and juice in a small heatproof bowl. Heat the oil, chilli and garlic in a small saucepan. Pour the warm oil over the olives and serve.

 

Add a fresh salad to compliment the dish.
