Delivery Details

We currently only deliver to the UK mainland and Northern Ireland.

We aim to dispatch your goods within 1 to 4 working days and will inform you if there is a delay.

Working days are Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays

Please contact us if your order is very urgent.

We will endeavor to contact you at the earliest opportunity if a product is out of stock or unavailable. In this event, and having contacted you, there are three options you can consider:

1. Cancel your order
2. Choose an alternative product that we have in stock
3. Maintain your original order, and we will dispatch it as soon as it comes back into stock.

Delivery is charged at £3.50 per order and is free on orders of £50 or more.

Delivery of certain items due to their specialist nature may take longer. In these instances we will contact you and await your instructions.

Orders for Next Day Delivery must be recieved by 2pm to guarantee that your order will arrive the following day.

Orders for Express Delivery must be recieved by 2pm to guarantee that your ordeer will arrive within the following 48 hours.

Christmas Deliveries

For Christmas Delivery all orders must be recieved by noon on Friday 18th December.
